Jean Humphrey is a New Mexico native, born and raised in Silver City. She has a degree in Mining Engineering from New Mexico Tech. She’s married to Eddie for 42 years and has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. She has been involved in children’s ministry since high school working with children of all ages through Sunday School, VBS, and youth group. After an eclectic career of teaching, homeschooling, and engineering, she currently leads CEF GNC clubs in Silver City. 

I am a third-grade teacher at Mesilla Valley Christian School, where I have been working for four years. I graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Education and have always enjoyed working with children. I am honored to serve on the committee for Southern New Mexico Child Evangelism Fellowship, and I am passionate about sharing God’s love with young hearts. I want to help bring about change in Southern New Mexico and spread the gospel to as many children as possible.
